Since 1976, Triveni has been manufacturing high-speed gear systems from Mysuru, India, for power plants, oil & gas facilities, process industries and other critical industrial applications across the world. With thousands of gearbox systems in operation globally, TPTL today supports over 50,000 MW of installed capacity.

Turbo gear unit HSG

Triveni's High‑Speed Gear units are engineered in line with the latest advancements in gear technology. Capable of transmitting up to 100 MW, they function as central elements in Energy‑production systems or as high‑performance Turbo drive units for compressors and pumps, gas‑turbine supply systems, gas‑compression and pumping stations, for wide range of Power Generation , Oil and Gas, Chemical, petrochemical, refining, steelmaking, air‑separation plants and process‑industry operations

These gearboxes can be driven steam turbines, Gas Turbines, synchronous or asynchronous electric motors, or by axial and radial expanders compliant to API and AGMA standards

Featuring helical gearing and casings design split horizontally or vertically, feature pinion speeds of up to 50,000 rpm. Both the gearbox casing design and all customer connection dimensions can be supplied according to Triveni standards or fully customized - an essential advantage when replacing non‑Triveni equipment.
